I demand that the Centre should formulate a solid strategy immediately before the situation goes out of hand.”DISHA meet is a platform where all public representatives descend on a common stage from time to time along with district officials for reviewing the implementation of centrally sponsored schemes.Tirkey also suggested that the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loans must be disbursed to farmers on time. “Banks should regularly hold special camps to disburse KCC loans to farmers on time, so that agricultural work is not affected, she said.
