Garhwa: Police on Saturday uncovered a mini gun factory in a forest under Bardiha police station limits of the district. Two men, identified as Sanjay Vishwakarma,45, and Chandu Oraon, 35, were arrested. Two country-made guns were seized along with various equipment for making guns.Rishikesh Kumar Singh, the officer-in charge of Bardiha police station, said, “Vishwakarma, who was booked earlier under the Arms Act, now used to manufacture pistols and sell them through Chandu Oraon”.A team headed sub-divisional police officer Dillu Lohra and Singh arrested Chandu first from his house in Lewatand village. During questioning, Chandu revealed the location of the factory in Ghughri forest in Lewatand. Subsequently, Vishwakarma was arrested from the factory.
