Ranchi: Retired IPS and former DGP Ajay Kumar Singh was named as the new chairperson of the Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and retired judicial officer Nalin Kumar its secretary. The names were notified by the state urban development department on Monday.
