Ranchi: The revenue and land reforms department secretary on Tuesday informed the Jharkhand high court that the department has set up a committee to ensure speedy land survey in the state.The committee has studied new and scientific technology adopted by other states in the country for land survey. It would conduct research and present a report within three months, the department informed the high court.The court was hearing a public interest litigation filed by Gokul Chand Jain on delayed survey of land in the state. The case would next be heard on Aug 5.
