Ranchi: An 18-year-old boy from Ranchi drowned in Remta Dam in Khunti on Tuesday. The deceased Vivek had gone with four friends and ventured into the water for a bath, Khunti SDPO Varun Rajak said. A NDRF team recovered his body in the evening. Vivek’s father, a police constable, is in the security team of CM Hemant Soren.
