Mal (st) (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Sukra Munda of the BJP won the Mal (st) assembly seat, defeating Bulu Chik Baraik (AITC), Chandan Lohara (IND), Dipika Sabar (IND), Manju Kerketta (Baraik) (IND), Manu Oraon (CPI(M)), Rakesh Kujur (INC), Shibnath Oraon (SUCI(C)).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Bulu Chik Baraik, Bharatiya Janta Party Mahesh Bagey, Communist Party Of India (Marxist) Manu Oraon and others. In the last Mal Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Bulu Chik Baraik won by a margin of 5,465 votes. The Bharatiya Janta Party’s Mahesh Bagey was the runner up securing 93,621 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,42,262, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
