Admission process and seat movement trendsBITS Pilani does not follow central or state caste-based reservation policies. Admission is based on BITSAT merit ranking and eligibility criteria prescribed by the institute.During later counselling rounds, seat availability may change as some candidates withdraw after securing seats through other admission processes, including JoSAA and JAC Delhi. Historically, score requirements may reduce by around 2 to 5 marks between Iteration III and Iteration IV due to seat movement.
