Ranchi: Jharkhand high court on Wednesday directed the Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Company (JUIDCO) to make payment of arrears to a contractor working on the Harmu river revival project within a period of 60 days.The company had filed a petition before the HC after it didn’t get its dues. The bench of Justice Ananda Sen ordered JUIDCO to make the payment within 60 days or else it will be liable to pay an interest of 10% per annum on the amount.
