The provisional merit list will be published on July 28, while the final merit list will be released on August 3, 2026.Candidates who find any errors in the provisional merit list will be able to submit their grievances between July 29 and July 31, 2026. Seat allotment will be carried out based on the candidate’s MAH MHMCT CET 2026 rank and the college preferences filled during counselling.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for admission to the first-year MHMCT programme must meet the following conditions:
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must have completed a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) or an equivalent programme with at least 50% marks.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) must have secured at least 45% marks.
- Must have obtained a non-zero score in the MAH MHMCT Common Entrance Test (CET) 2026.
Sponsored candidates must also have at least two years of full-time work experience in a registered company, industry, educational or research institution, government department, or autonomous organisation in the relevant field.
