Ranchi: The state drinking water and sanitation department minister Yogendra Prasad on Friday directed officials to ensure clean and safe drinking water to every rural household while chairing a review meeting in Ranchi. He also stressed on time-bound, quality-driven implementation of the schemes. Ahead of peaking summer, instructions were issued to accelerate the repair of defunct hand pumps and prompt action on complaints.
