Garbeta (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Pradip Lodha of the BJP won the Garbeta assembly seat, defeating Ghosh Tapan Kumar (CPI(M)), Madhuri Maiti (IND), Siddhartha Bishai (INC), Sk. Md. Mokhdum (IND), Tapas Kumar Mishra (SUCI(C)), Uttara Singha (Hazra) (AITC).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Uttara Singha (Hazra), Bharatiya Janta Party Madan Ruidas, Communist Party Of India (Marxist) Ghosh Kumar Tapan and others. In the last Garbeta Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Uttara Singha (Hazra) won by a margin of 10,572 votes. The Bharatiya Janta Party’s Madan Ruidas was the runner up securing 84,356 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,22,891, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
