Hariharpara (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Niamot Sheikh of the AITC won the Hariharpara assembly seat, defeating Abu Syeed Khandoker (SUCI(C)), Bijoy Mondal (IND), Bijoy Sekh (Aam Janata Unnayan party), Krishna Prosad Biswas (IND), Mousumi Begum (INC), Mousumi Khatun (IND), Rafikul Islam (IND), Riyajul Islam Khan (Indian Union Muslim League), Tanmoy Biswas (BJP), Zamir Molla (CPI(M)).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Niamot Sheikh, Indian National Congress Mir Alamgir (PALASH), Bharatiya Janta Party Tanmoy Biswas and others. In the last Hariharpara Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Niamot Sheikh won by a margin of 14,066 votes. The Indian National Congress’s Mir Alamgir (PALASH) was the runner up securing 88,594 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,34,377, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
