Kalyani (sc) (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Anupam Biswas of the BJP won the Kalyani (sc) assembly seat, defeating Anupam Biswas S/O Uttam Biswas (IND), Asimananda Majumder (INC), Bishwajit Das (IND), Dr. Atindra Nath Mondal (AITC), Prankrishna Biswas (Babu) (SUCI(C)), Pulak Adhikary (IND), Ramkrishna Barai (BSP), Sabuj Das (CPI(M)), Subrata Das (IND).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – Bharatiya Janta Party Ambika Roy, All India Trinamool Congress Aniruddha Biswas, Communist Party Of India (Marxist) Sabuj Das and others. In the last Kalyani Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janta Party party’s Ambika Roy won by a margin of 2,206 votes. The All India Trinamool Congress’s Aniruddha Biswas was the runner up securing 94,820 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,45,181, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
