Kumarganj (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Toraf Hossain Mandal of the AITC won the Kumarganj assembly seat, defeating Bipul Tudu (BSP), Charlesh Kisku (IND), Golam Mortuja Mondal (INC), Mofazzal Hossain (CPI(M)), Ranjit Dev (SUCI(C)), Ruhul Amin Haque (IND), Subhendu Sarkar (BJP).

In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Toraf Hossain Mandal, Bharatiya Janta Party Manas Sarkar, Indian National Congress Chaudhuri Nargis Banu and others. In the last Kumarganj Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Toraf Hossain Mandal won by a margin of 29,367 votes. The Bharatiya Janta Party’s Manas Sarkar was the runner up securing 60,396 votes.

The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 1,94,392, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
