Manikchak (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Gour Chandra Mandal of the BJP won the Manikchak assembly seat, defeating Amal Kumar Rabidas (IND), Ansarul Haque (Kalu) (INC), Debajyoti Sinha (Babu) (CPI(M)), Kabita Mandal (AITC), Md Sariful (IND), Md Tohidur Rahaman (Aam Janata Unnayan party).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Sabitri Mitra, Bharatiya Janta Party Gour Chandra Mandal, Indian National Congress Alam Mottakin and others. In the last Manikchak Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Sabitri Mitra won by a margin of 33,878 votes. The Bharatiya Janta Party’s Gour Chandra Mandal was the runner up securing 76,356 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,40,516, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
