Harirampur (West Bengal) Assembly Election Results 2026 Live: Biplab Mitra of the AITC won the Harirampur assembly seat, defeating Ahidur Rahaman (Aam Janata Unnayan party), Bholanath Sarkar (IND), Debabrata Majumder (BJP), Gautam Goswami (CPI(M)), Lalit Orawn (SUCI(C)), Mihir Chandra Ray (IND), Pradeep Hansda (Ambedkarite Party of India), Ramkrishna Mahato (IND), Subhasish Pal (Sona) (INC).
In the 2021 assembly elections, the candidates are as follows – All India Trinamool Congress Biplab Mitra, Bharatiya Janta Party Nilanjan Roy, Communist Party Of India (Marxist) Rafikul Islam and others. In the last Harirampur Assembly elections, the All India Trinamool Congress party’s Biplab Mitra won by a margin of 22,672 votes. The Bharatiya Janta Party’s Nilanjan Roy was the runner up securing 73,459 votes.
The total electorate in this constituency is approximately 2,15,801, including male and female voters across urban and rural segments.
